June 20th, 2024 will be the physical validation date for ALL steers/heifers. If you plan to show a steer at ANY Texas Major livestock show in the 2024-2025 year or a heifer that has not been previously validated during the fall of 2023, you must purchase a state validation tag and attend the local livestock validation. Please let your Ag Advisor or 4-H office know if you will need to order tags. Orders will not be placed until payment is received in the Comanche County Extension Office
